Pricing & booking

What it costs, how quotes work, and how quickly we can reach you.

Cost depends on the property size, the pest and the severity of the infestation. A one-bedroom apartment costs considerably less than a villa or a commercial kitchen. We inspect free of charge and give a fixed written quote before starting, so there are no surprises. Annual maintenance contracts work out cheaper per visit than repeated one-off call-outs.

Yes, with no obligation. A technician attends, identifies the pest and its source, and gives you a written quote. If you decide not to proceed there is nothing to pay, and the quote stands while you think it over or compare it elsewhere.

Same-day and emergency service is available across Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman, subject to technician availability. Call +971 50 547 7393 or WhatsApp +971 50 271 5650 and we will confirm the earliest slot. Requests submitted through the booking form are usually confirmed within a couple of hours during working hours.

Check the company is licensed to operate in the emirate and uses products registered for professional use in the UAE. A reputable pest control company in Sharjah will inspect before quoting, put the price in writing, explain what it is applying and why, and offer a warranty. Be cautious of anyone quoting over the phone without seeing the property, or pressuring you to pay cash immediately.

Safety & preparation

What we use, whether you need to leave, and how to get your property ready.

Yes. We use low-toxicity products approved for professional use in the UAE, applied by trained technicians, and we offer fully organic treatments for households with infants, elderly residents, pets or asthma sufferers. Your technician will tell you exactly how long to stay out of treated rooms and how to ventilate afterwards.

For gel-based cockroach and ant treatments you can usually stay. For general spraying, fumigation or termite work we recommend vacating for two to four hours and opening windows on return. Commercial jobs are scheduled outside trading hours, so no business has to close.

Clear access to kitchen cabinets, under sinks and skirting areas, cover or store food and utensils, and put pet bowls away. For bed bug treatment, strip the bed linen and wash it on a hot cycle. We confirm anything specific when you book, so nothing is a surprise on the day.

Most modern products are low-odour and any residual smell clears within a few hours of ventilation. Gel baits are effectively odourless. If a low-odour treatment matters to you — a nursery, a clinic, a restaurant reopening the same evening — tell us when booking and we will select accordingly.

Treatments & results

How long it takes, how often it is needed, and what happens if pests return.

Most residential treatments take 45 minutes to two hours depending on property size. Termite barrier work and large commercial premises take longer. Bed bug treatments normally need a follow-up visit around two weeks later to catch newly hatched eggs and break the cycle completely.

For most homes in Sharjah, a preventive treatment every three to six months is sensible, because the warm humid climate lets pests breed year-round with no winter to slow them. Restaurants, hotels and food-handling businesses typically need monthly or quarterly visits to meet Municipality hygiene requirements.

Every treatment carries a warranty appropriate to the pest — longer for termite barrier work, shorter for general spraying. If activity returns inside that window we come back and re-treat at no extra cost. The terms are printed on your quotation before you commit to anything.

In apartment buildings, German cockroaches travel between units through shared plumbing voids and service ducts. Treating one flat in isolation rarely holds, because the population simply migrates back. We seal the routes into your unit and, for buildings with a recurring problem, recommend the owners association arrange a block-wide programme.

Yes — service reports, product data sheets and treatment records are prepared as standard for every commercial client. Hotels, restaurants, cafeterias and food-handling facilities need this paper trail for Municipality and HACCP inspections, and it is included in our annual maintenance contracts rather than charged separately.
